Dear Sirs,
Two more Clubs have now issued their renewal circulars being West of England and Standard Club.
West of England has declared no general increase on P&I premium but requests increase on P&I deductibles as follows:
“Members’ deductibles will increase by 10% or US$1,000 whichever is the higher, subject to a maximum increase of US$2,500”
No increase on FDD premium or deductibles.
Standard Club on the other hand announces on their attached circular that a 2.5% general increase on P&I premium to be asked for. Deductibles also to be increased by 10%, with deductibles below $20,000 increased by $2,000.
No increase on FDD premium or deductibles.
As usual once the group reinsurance contract is renewed, the difference compared to the previous year (whether up or down) will be reflected on the members agreed renewal premium for 2016.
Please note Standard London class has not yet announced their renewal stratedgy.
