Ali started his professional career in 2006, worked at private design firms and shipyards after graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering department. He worked at major marine classification societies as surveyor, auditor and head of survey station since 2011. He completed his MSc in 2014 and MBA in 2020. He joined Lockton Omni team as a claims specialist in July 2024.
