Ali started his professional career in 1995 in Individual Health Insurance and worked in these branches in various insurance companies until 2010. In 2010, Ali worked at Aon in charge of Affinity underwriting and then at Marsh from 2016 onwards. In September 2023, Ali joined Lockton Omni family in charge of Affinity and Operational Vehicle Leasing.
