Baris graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business in 2003. His previous experience was in global container liner shipping firms. His carrier in insurance started with GTG Sigorta ve Reasurans Brokerligi A.S. in 2007. Baris has been working for Omni since the beginning of 2020 in all lines of insurance.
