Derya received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University in 2003 and completed her MBA degree at Johnson & Wales University, RI in 2006. She started her career in banking in 2006. After 12 years of insurance experience in Health, Life and Pension lines, she has joined Lockton Omni in June 2023.
