Dilek started her career at Park Holding in 1994 and then continued as a financial audit specialist at Borusan Holding. She graduated from Anadolu Universty, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. She joined the group in 2006 and her primary responsibility is dealing with database entries of productions records and tracking premium payments.
