Doruk started his career as Deck Officer in one of Turkey's leading Maritime companies, after graduating from Istanbul Technical University - SUNY Maritime College joint undergraduate program, Department of Maritime Transportation Management Engineering in 2011. Until 2016, he continued to work on both tanker and bulker ship types, including new construction projects in South Korea. After approximately 5 years of sea service, he worked in an international insurance broking company for approximately 7 years. Doruk joined the Lockton Omni family as of January 2024.
