Ezel started her career in the banking sector in 2005. She holds a university degree from Uludag University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. From 2010 to2022, she continued her career as an Insurance and Claims executive at a major shipowning company and since 2022 she has been providing service in all marine insurance branches.
