After graduating from the Civil Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University in 2020, Furkan started his insurance career in the Claims Solutions team at Marsh. After two years of work experience, he completed a one-year certification program in project and risk management in Melbourne, Australia, and joined Lockton Omni in June 2023.
