Nihal, who graduated from Social Sciences, started her career in Edirne service and dealership of Bosch. She worked as part of store installation team at Koç Holding and continued in product management and purchasing positions. Nihal, who received the best employee award at Koç Holding two years in a row, continued to take part in marketing and finance. She joined Lockton Omni as of September 2023.
