After graduating from Marmara University Insurance Department in 2005, Özlem completed her MBA program at Bahçeşehir University in 2008. She started her career with Allianz Insurance in 2006, continued as Group Manager at Ray Sigorta between 2010 and 2016 and at Marsh between 2016-2023. Özlem joined Lockton Omni in June 2023 with her 17 years of experience in Corporate Risks, Placement, Claims and Client Management.
