Following his education in T.E.D. Ankara and Ankara University Faculty of Science, Tansel started his career in 1987 in a group company in which he acted as Lloyd's agency, P&I correspondence and average adjuster. After becoming the board member and general manager in the same group, he, together with his partner, established Vitmar Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers in 2011. Tansel has been giving services in mainly P&I and H&M branches since Vitmar merged with Omni in 2017.
