Tuğçe joined Marsh Turkey in 2004 as Client Representative at Ankara Region Office. She headed the region from 2015 to 2019 along with her additional responsibilities as Head of Risk Management of Regions and Head of Multinational Client Services during 2018 – 2019. She became Head of Corporate Clients Practice in 2019. With 19 years of experience in the industry she is capable of understanding various industries, local and global accounts ensuring a complete skill set regardless of segments and specialties. Tuğçe holds bachelor's degree in Economics and masters degree in İnternational Relations. She is married with two daughters.
