Yigit has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and master's degree from Executive MBA in same university. He started his career at TAV Holding, and as of 2015, he worked in the Risk Engineering, Property, Energy, Construction/Installation Departments at AXA Sigorta and in the Technical Account Management Department at Zurich Sigorta, respectively. He joined Lockton Omni in July 2023.
